Family owned and operated on Worcester Street in West Boylston. Bob and Kevin Dunn and the crew keep local cars running right — honest answers, fair prices, and work that gets done when they say it will.
The schedule fills quickly, especially at the end of the month and after the first cold snap. If you know your car needs work, call now and we'll get you on the books for the soonest opening.
What we do
General automotive repair for just about anything on four wheels. If you're not sure what's wrong, bring it by — we'll take a look and tell you straight.
Official Massachusetts inspection station. Most drivers are in and out quickly. Weekdays 7:30am–5:00pm.
Oil and filter changes, fluids, belts, wipers, and scheduled service to keep the miles adding up.
Pads, rotors, calipers, and lines. We'll tell you honestly if they still have life left in them.
New tires, mounting, balancing, rotations, and flat repair.
We pull the codes and then actually chase down the cause instead of guessing at parts.
Mufflers, exhaust work, shocks, struts, and steering components.
Batteries, alternators, starters, and no-start diagnosis.
A/C service and heater repair so the cabin is comfortable in July and January alike.
Massachusetts Vehicle Check
Sticker due? We're licensed Massachusetts inspection station #05245, and we do the combined safety and emissions check Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 5:00pm. Call before you head over — inspections go quickly, but we fit them around the repair schedule, and the end of the month gets busy.

The stone building on Route 12 has been a garage for generations. Two bays, a clean lot, and a waiting area with a fish tank — because sitting around waiting on your car shouldn't be miserable.
Common questions
The questions we get asked most on the phone. If yours isn't here, just call — we'd rather talk it through than have you guess.
For repair work, yes — please call and get on the schedule. We're a small shop with two bays and we book up fast, so the sooner you call, the sooner we can get you in. For inspections, call first and we'll tell you the best time to come by.
As early as you can. If you already know something needs doing — brakes getting thin, sticker due next month, a noise that's getting worse — call now rather than waiting until it's urgent. We'd much rather book you a week out than have you stuck without a car.
Call us and tell us what's going on. We can't always take a car same-day, but we'll be straight with you about when we can get to it so you can make a plan.
$35 for most passenger vehicles — that's the fee the state sets, so it's the same at every station in Massachusetts. Inspections are cash only. Repair work can be paid other ways; just the inspection needs cash.
Usually about 15 to 20 minutes once we get your car in. Customers regularly tell us it's the fastest inspection they've had.
Massachusetts gives you 7 days from the date you register it. Bring the registration with you — and call ahead so we can slot you in before the deadline.
Almost certainly. We handle general repair on domestic and import cars, trucks and SUVs — Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevy, Subaru, Nissan, Jeep and the rest. Give us a call with the year and model if you want to be sure.
Yes. We look at the car, call you with what we found and what it'll run, and we don't start work until you say go. If something doesn't actually need replacing, we'll tell you that too.
We do, and there's a fish tank in it. Plenty of folks wait for oil changes and inspections rather than arrange a ride.
We're right on Route 12 in West Boylston, and we see regulars from Boylston, Holden, Sterling, Clinton, Shrewsbury, Princeton, Rutland and the north side of Worcester. But in all honesty, we have valued customers who come from well outside that list — folks who moved away years ago and still drive back, and people who pass a dozen closer shops to get here. When the service is top notch, the distance stops mattering. Wherever you're coming from, you're welcome here.

We're on Route 12 (Worcester Street), a few minutes from the Wachusett Reservoir, and we serve drivers from West Boylston, Boylston, Holden, Sterling, Clinton, Shrewsbury, Princeton, Rutland and northern Worcester. In all reality, though, our customers come from all over — plenty of them pass closer shops to get here. When the service is top notch, the distance doesn't matter.
